We feel that any complaint or problem can be satisfactorily resolved without any outside interference, if both parties on sides are sincere in their efforts to resolve the matter. We have designed an open door policy to encourage all employees the opportunity to discuss any suggestions, problems or concerns with any manager, director or employee of CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. All communication will be handled in as confidential manner as possible.
